El ciclo virtual de artes escénicas "Archivo Vivo" continúa con "Una flecha similar", una pieza de Florencia Vecino basada en la obra de danza "Carta de amor al enemigo" (2012), de la compañía brasileña Cena 11.
Asistir a "Carta de amor al enemigo" fue como estar en medio de un torbellino. Un movimiento que transformaba a quienes estábamos por fuera del escenario al mismo tiempo que sucedía la acción. Fue ver un reflejo, la obra me devolvía mis propios intentos. Era arriesgada, bella, política y consecuente. El lema era aprender sobre unx mismx a través de otrx.
En un intento por seguir en el remolino, me apropio de dos asuntos de la obra. Por un lado la interdependencia de los opuestos, y por otro, la noción de algoritmo aplicado a la coreografía. Pensar el movimiento como algo que emerge de la relación entre las cosas y no como una producción de formas.
"Una flecha similar" usa la tecnología como simulación del cuerpo para empezar a imaginar otras cosas.

Live File, a virtual cycle of performing arts, continues with A Similar Arrow. This is a piece by Florencia Vecino based on the dance work Love Letter to the Enemy (2012), of the Brazilian company Cena 11.
Attending Love Letter to the Enemy was like being in the middle of a whirlwind. Those of us who were not on the stage were transformed as the action happened. It was like watching a reflex, the play returned my own attempts. It was risky, beautiful, political and consistent. The motto was to learn about oneself from another one.
In an attempt to stay in the whirlwind, I took two topics from the play and made them my own. First, the interdependence of opposites, and, second, the concept of algorithm applied to choreography. To think of movement as something that emerges from the relationship between things, and not as a production of forms.
A Similar Arrow uses technology as body simulation to start imagining other things.
